George Michael Passed Away On Christmas

The famous singer George Michael passed away on December 25.

The star was 53 years old. BBC reports that the singer peacefully died at home. The South Central Ambulance Service was called to the musician’s home located in Oxfordshire (England). This happened just before 2 p.m. on Christmas. Authorities assure that there are no any suspicious Circumstances.

The singer’s publicist confirmed with a great sadness that their bellowed friend and brother passed away. George’s family asks for privacy during this hard time. We should not expect ny comments for now.

The star’s real name is Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou. He was born in London. George was friends with his future Wham! colleague Andrew Ridgeley. Their first album was released back in 1983. Its name is Fantastic. The fame came to the stars next year in America along with their next album called Make It Big. Such hits and Careless Whisper and Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go were spawned by this album.

Back in 1987 George decided to do a solo career. He released his first solo album called Faith. It holds a Grammy for Album of the Year.
