Netflix movie Paul McCartney children's book

Netflix, along with Gaumont Studios, is filming Paul McCartney's children's book, High in the Clouds, who is also working on his first musical.

The director of the animated film will be Oscar nominee Timothy Descartes, and screenwriter John Crocker reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The original Beatles songs will sound in the cartoon. The release date of the animation is not reported.

Note the book was published in 2005. It deals with the adventures of the squirrel and friends.
