Soup-er Soup Recipe ???? ???? ???? Leek, Onion, Potato and Smoked Ham Soup One pan, easy as anything, completely delicious. Perfect for lunch or dinner in the cold! Lovely bit of ASMR too! Ingredients-4-5 peeled potatoesCouple of washed leeks sliced 1 large white onion peeled and chopped 5 cloves garlic squished and chopped Couple springs thyme 3 thick slices of smoked ham (this was from a ham joint I boiled with a load of herbs and spices and used the rest in samwiges!) Knob of butter Splash of oil About 1 pint vegetable stock Sprinkle of ground CuminPinch of chilli flakes Salt and pepper to taste To serve- Double cream ChivesCrispy potato Cubes (did these in the air fryer) Have a go and let me know what you think! Okkkkkkk sooooooooo Can I introduce you to our very very very special @thegreenmaneversholt Christmas Turkey Burger! Here we have a juicy Turkey and Pork mince patty, sage and onion stuffing, sticky braised red cabbage, confit leek mayo, cranberry purée, Brie cheese and gem lettuce in a toasted brioche bun skewered with a pig in blanket, served with fries and dipping gravy!
