I mean come on… that SWIRL!!! The best cinnamon raisin sourdough recipe below..1. Combine 125 grams of active starter with 300 grams of room temp water until milky & bubbly! 2. Add 500 grams of bread flour & 12 grams of Celtic salt. Combine until a sticky dough has formed.3. Cover with a towel and let sit/rest for one hour. 4. Do 4 sets of stretch and folds for the next 2 hours (every 30 minutes-stretch and fold dough overtop to build muscle strength)5. Cover and let bulk ferment (double in size)Can take anywhere between 4-6 hours depending on your home temperature 6. Lay out the dough and begin to add your cinnamon sugar + raisins. Shape & form. 7. Place dough in the banneton & cover. Let sit in the fridge to cold ferment overnight! 8. Preheat Dutch oven to 450 degrees and let sit for one hour. 9. Score and place your loaf in the Dutch oven. 25 minutes with the lid on and 25 minutes with the lid off! 10. Let cool & enjoy!!
