Barbra Streisand has always told about her devotion about the Coton du Tulear nicknamed Sammie.
Her pet passed away last May having spent 14 years with Barbra. Once Streisand likened her to the daughter she never had.
According to the star, she had cells taken from the dog’s mouth and stomach. She turned to science and used them to clone two new dogs named Miss Violet and Miss Scarlet. Barbra had dressed them in lavender and red in order to be able to tell them apart.
The star assured that the two dogs have different personalities. She can’t wait till they get older in order to tell if the dogs have Samantha’s seriousness and brown eyes.
