Arnold Schwarzenegger promised to come back and come back!
The network has its first promotional video, in which Arnie talks about working on the new Terminator. The fantasy thriller has so far been featured on Wikipedia as “The Nameless Film about the Terminator,” and will become the sequel to the classic tapes.
The fact is that the new film, jointly with David Ellison, is being produced by James Cameron, the director of the first two Terminators. Two years ago, the American cinema portal announced that in 2019 James Cameron would regain the rights to the whole Terminator franchise and plans to launch a new film by inviting director Tim Miller. So, Cameron in the film in 2019 again wants to realize exactly his vision of the history of the T-800 and the future of mankind.
The blockbuster filming has already been completed - they took place from June 4, 2018, in Almeria (Spain), then in Budapest, then the film crew moved to the USA. Schwarzenegger began shooting in Budapest in August 2018, the Hungarian part of the production of the film ended by November. The material that can be seen in the promotional video belongs to those times. It is addressed to the audience by director Tim Miller, Arnie himself, as well as Terminator-3 producer Andy Vine, who died on January 21, 2019.
