"15 years ago, Kitty Perry made her way through the window to my boyfriend's apartment at the time - pregnant, seeking shelter. Two offspring and many months later, this street cat became a favorite mascot for many. Although this is unfortunate, last night Kitty ended her ninth life. Hopefully it rests in salmon fillets and tuna tartare on the way to catnip heaven. Kitty, thank you for the hugs and the company," Katy wrote.
