It became known that 63-year-old Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson received a positive test for Covid-19 infection.
The couple was on the set in Australia, where, apparently, and picked up the ailment.
'Hello everybody. Rita and I are now in Australia. We felt unwell as if we were cold, and we felt a tingle in our bodies. Rita had a fever that was coming, then passing, as well as low temperature. As everyone needs to do, we have been tested for coronavirus and have been tested positive.
What to do next? Healthcare providers have specific protocols to follow. We, the Hanks family, will continue to be tested, seen by doctors, and quarantined for as long as necessary.
