Britney Spears wants Jody Montgomery to be her guardian

Britney Spears is still dependent on her father to manage her finances, personal life and even lose custody of her children. 

The day before, the singer's lawyer filed a petition with the court - Britney wants Jodi Montgomery to become her custodian, the BBC writes.

It is known that Jody Montgomery has the right to hire security for Britney Spears, control who can visit her, as well as full access to her medical records.

The singer is now requesting that Montgomery remain her permanent representative. Along with her lawyer, the star has filed court papers asking for Jamie Spears' resignation.

According to media reports, Jody Montgomery, along with her husband, owns a trusted firm in Southern California that offers business management services, family matters, intellectual property rights, real estate management, and so on.
