The singer posted a snippet of the video on Instagram and wrote:
"This is the beginning of something I've wanted to explore for so long. I hope you love it as much as I do."
Of course, fans of the performer immediately began to decipher the meaning she put into these lines. By collective decision, they concluded that this song is dedicated to her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. It was with him that Gomez had to go through the difficult breakup she sings about.
