Not to brag, but….. on Friday, March 29th I celebrated not having a drink every day for 10 years in a row. On March 20th I celebrated 10 years of not smoking cigarettes because I’m a g-d damn superhuman. Sometimes I wish I could drown my anxiety/thoughts in whiskey and Marlboros, but those whims pass and I appreciate having the clarity to make choices to alleviate the stress in a sustainable way. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. If you’re struggling with either you have choices, I’m living proof of that. #sober #soberlife #nosmoking #stopsmokingstartliving #kerrygaynormethod
