Breathe in twice. Sip. Sip. Breathe out slowly. Shhhhhhh. Let go. Attend to and tune the body. The more often you meet yourself in meditation the more accessible it will be to know peace, to let go, and to quiet the mind each time. As the roots of trees connect, so must humans. How? Through the breath and energy. Breathe in together. Breathe out together. Breathe in one another’s breath and essence. Each other’s wisdom, pain, and patience. Collectively let it go. S l o w d o w n. What you seek to know could be found in the shared breath if only you will listen. Lessons are important, but the meditation is the most important. The quiet moments of prayer and peace that prepare your soul for a deeper impression. Things that are hard and rigid require much effort to receive enough of anything to change them. Impact can cause separation. When things are soft and malleable they not only shift with ease, they are less likely to break. Meditate and be soft. The circumstances of your life are the teacher. If you allow this, you will be available to receive and ready when the teacher appears. Allow others to experience the sermon of God through you. Laugh often, and unexpectedly. Be kind, warm, patient, friendly, inviting. Do not be afraid of your own potential and do not underestimate your power and presence. Protect your energy. Your character and energy can permeate even more than your actions and words. Imagine you’ve come into this life with 75% of your karma, and you have 25% of free will to adjust as needed. It is more than enough. You have enough free will to create a beautiful life and beautiful character. Are you directing your life or is your life directing you? Thank you Divine mother. Thank you God. Thank you to all of my teachers and spiritual guides.
